Q. I've seen a design on your site, what do I do now?

A. Fill out the order form, and send it to us either by email or post, we will then send you a proof of your invitation within 10 days

Q. I've seen an Exmoor Belles design that I like, but it's pink and I need blue

A. Thats OK. most of our designs can be changed to any colour of your choice, contact us for details

Q. I dont know what I want

A. Thats OK too, if you give us a rough idea of the style of your wedding, or colour or any details that may help, we can make some samples and send them to you to look at absolutely FREE!!

Q. How long will it take for delivery?

A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required, when placing the order, and receiving the proofs, An Invoice will be sent to you detailing the remaining balance, which is payable prior to dispatch of your goods. Proofs will be sent to you within 2 weeks of us receiving your order. Please allow 4-6 Weeks from return of the proofs. If you require your stationery sooner, please contact us, for details of our earliest available production slot, or speak to one of out dedicated wedding coordinators,  for details of our optional 7 day express service (extra charge)
